Party paper, portal to reply to Najib's objections in defamation suit


KUALA LUMPUR:  Harakah and Harakahdaily have been instructed to reply to the objection raised by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak over articles to be used in the trial of his defamation suit against the portal.

High Court judge Justice Hue Siew Kheng fixed Feb 23 in chambers after meeting Najib's lead counsel Datuk Mohd Hafarizam Harun and Mohd Faiz Fadzil, the lawyer for Harakah managing director and writer Dr Rosli Yaakop and Harakahdaily portal editor-in-chief Taufek Yahya.
