GEORGE TOWN: German visitor Martin Dittmer and his Polish girlfriend Barbara Tabrowska were mesmerised by the Chinese New Year mood in Penang.
“This is our first day here and I’m really captivated by the sights. We didn’t know it would be so cheerful and colourful,” said Dittmer when met at Nagore Square.
