GEORGE TOWN: The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) in Penang detained four Indonesian fishermen who intruded into Malaysian waters in Pulau Kendi, near here Sunday afternoon.
Penang Maritime District 2 Enforcement Head, Maritime First Admiral Kamaruszaman Abu Hassan said an enforcement team which was patrolling at 2pm Sunday had detected a suspicious foreign fishing boat.
