PETALING JAYA: Terrorism can be stopped if the authorities actively go after those funding them, said Global Movement of Moderates Foundation (GMM) chief executive officer Nasharudin Mat Isa.
He said without a steady flow of funds and easy access to weapons, it would be impossible for terrorists to sustain their activities.
