GEORGE TOWN: A businessman claimed trial in two separate Sessions Courts here to five charges of raping a 13-year-old girl at a flat in Batu Uban.
Khairul Hizam Tahar, 30, denied committing the offence at Flat Taman Utara on Dec 13 last year at 7am.
