'Total Enforcement' operations start at Selayang market

KUALA LUMPUR: Police are enlisting the help of various authorities and agencies to deal with the spate of skirmishes at the Selayang market here.

Police have launched an operation codenamed "Ops Bersepadu Total Enforcement" involving City Hall (DBKL), the United Nations High Commissioners for Refugees (UNHCR), Immigration Department, Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD), Customs Department, National Anti-drugs Agency (AADK), Road Transport Department (JPJ), the Civil Defence Department (JPAM) and the Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism Ministry (KPDNKK).
