KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court here has upheld the acquittal of a former director of LFE Corporation Berhad on two counts of criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving RM18.99mil of the company's funds.
Justice Kamardin Hashim also maintained the acquittal of Singapore's former reserve goalkeeper, Eswaramoorthy Pillay, on charges of abetting J. Alan Rajendram in the alleged offence.
