Small fire on navy training ship in Sitiawan


KUALA LUMPUR: A small fire involving an asset of the Royal Malaysian Navy occurred at a shipyard in Kampung Acheh, Sitiawan, Perak on Monday.

According to Navy chief Admiral Datuk Seri Ahmad Kamarulzaman Ahmad Badaruddin, the fire at around 9.50am did not involve the Teguh Samudera training ship's engines, as previously reported.
