Tearful friends say goodbye

NILAI: “It turns out that you are the fortune I most yearn to keep,” sang Wong Siow Xuen’s tearful friends as they said their final goodbye to the Form One student killed outside her school by a runaway lorry.

The song, A Little Happiness, from the coming-of-age Taiwanese movie Our Times, was Siow Xuen’s favourite, said her friends.
