High Court deems trial necessary in land dispute involving Ghafar Baba’s ex-wife


KUALA LUMPUR:  A High Court has ruled that a trial is needed to determine a civil dispute between the ex-wife of former deputy prime minister Tun Abdul Ghafar Baba and a couple over a piece of land in Jelebu, Negri Sembilan.

High Court judge Justice Hue Siew Kheng has set Feb 18 for trial after deciding that the matter was not suitable to be summarily disposed of based on point of law.
