Industry pioneer and Malaysia E-Vaporizers & Tobacco Alternative Association (Mevta) advisor Allen Foo insists that vaping shouldn’t be classified as smoking or tobacco. The technology and food aspects should be regulated like consumer products but new laws must be drafted for the industry soon, he says.
