PETALING JAYA: Former law minister Datuk Zaid Ibrahim is being investigated under the Sedition Act for an article criticising the recent Court of Appeal decision to uphold the unilateral conversion of M. Indira Gandhi’s children to Islam.
“Now I got to call bahagian jenayah (CID department) IPD Putrajaya on my article ‘My heart goes to you Indira’. And my lawyers are still on vacation,” he tweeted yesterday evening. “Probably sedition I guess,” he said in his account @zaidibrahim.
