KUALA LUMPUR: The head of the Batu Caves temple committee promised a smooth running of the Thaipusam celebrations from Jan 22 to 24 this year.
“Don’t worry, there won’t be any blackouts!” said Sri Maha Mariamman Dhevasthanam temple chairman Tan Sri R. Nadarajah.
