KUALA LUMPUR: A chief executive officer is seeking protection as a whistleblower after he exposed alleged misconduct of several employees of an educational institution to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and police.
Dr Syed Omar Syed Agil, 56, who was appointed as chief executive officer on Sept 1, 2014 claimed he was wrongfully suspended by Institut Profesional Baitulmal Sdn Bhd.
