PETALING JAYA: A Wellington High Court judge has released his findings that former Malaysian Embassy worker Muhammed Rizalman Ismail (pic) had a “sexual motive” when he followed a woman home.
In yesterday’s report, The New Zealand Herald said Justice Collins also found that Rizalman was in an abnormal state of mind, which might have diminished his understanding when he indecently assaulted the woman.
