KUALA LUMPUR: The Islamic State (IS) has set up two camps to train young children as militants, with the youngest as young as two-years-old, say police.
Bukit Aman Special Branch counter terrorism division head Senior Asst Comm Datuk Ayob Khan said the camps, which are currently training some 500 children, is based in Kazakhstan and Syria.
