Klang Valley’s new property hotspot


SHAH ALAM: Klang Valley’s western corridor, especially in the southern part, is fast becoming a new property hotspot with rapid growth of infrastructure, connectivity and new property developments.

According to Mitraland Group Sdn Bhd general manager Eddie Wong Wah Sun, developers are looking towards the western corridor, including Klang, as areas that will continue to grow and boom as these are located closer to Kuala Lumpur’s city centre compared to areas in the north, such as Serendah and Batang Kali.
