PUTRAJAYA: The Education Ministry is looking for volunteers to help Malaysian students improve their English language proficiency, said Deputy Education Minister P. Kamalanathan.
He said the ministry was asking the Performance Management and Delivery Unit (Pemandu) to come up with the criteria needed for individuals to become volunteers for English language programmes in schools.
