A MEDICAL professor who was holidaying in China ended up spending about RM9,000 on Chinese medicine after a “doctor” there claimed that he was suffering from cancer, Guang Ming Daily reported.
The professor from Universiti Malaya said he was on a tour to Shanghai in April with eight family members when they were brought to a hospital by their tour guide on the last day of their trip.
