ALOR SETAR: The Education Ministry wants schools to achieve “zero”' bullying, says P. Kamalanathan.
The Deputy Education Minister said that although bullying in schools had dropped to 0.05% last year compared to 0.08% in 2013, the Ministry was not satisfied and considered the matter still serious.
