Malays, Indians and tourists join mooncake fest

GEORGE TOWN: Racial harmony shone bright on a night of mooncakes and lanterns when people of all races converged at Masjid Cina Titi Papan in Burma Road here for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Some 50 people of various ethnic groups got together for the cultural festival synonymous with togetherness to tuck into dinner and halal mooncakes on Saturday night.
