GEORGE TOWN: A research company director charged with failing to declare the firm’s income to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has proposed in a magistrate’s court to settle the case with IRB.
Kun Beng Teik, 52, is alleged to have failed to declare the firm’s total income of RM2,070,591.55 between 2007 and 2012 for which the company would have been taxed a total of RM459,475.50.
