PETALING JAYA: Help is on the way for primary schools that are having difficulties settling their utility bills.

Deputy Education Minister Chong Sin Woon said that the ministry had set aside RM20mil to foot unpaid electricity and water bills of vernacular and missionary schools that were partially subsidised by the Government.
