PETALING JAYA: Police are calling on the public for help to identify the body of a foreigner who was found tied up and stuffed inside a suitcase in Kota Damansara.
Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Azmi Abu Kassim said the victim was in his 30s and was found to have choked to death. His mouth was stuffed with green cloth and taped shut.
