Hasan Malek: KR1M stores make almost RM5,000 daily

KUALA LUMPUR: Sales revenue from each Kedai Rakyat 1Malaysia (KR1M) store nationwide is about RM1.71mil annually, proving that it is popular with Malaysians.

Domestic Trade, Consumerism and Cooperatives Minister Datuk Seri Hasan Malek said this was based on the finding that each store made an average sales profit of RM4,711 daily.
