GEORGE TOWN: Ooi Beng Ee who was killed by his younger brother during an argument in Jelutong Timur on Wednesday has been described by his neighbours as a kind man.
A 53-year-old neighbour who declined to be named said he helped both Ooi and his wife Khoon Ah Hoon several times by taking them to hospital for treatment and also to get the Bantuan Raykyat 1Malaysia payment.
