Back on track: Fariqe is thrilled to be going behind the wheel in his first support race.

SEPANG: After a one-year hiatus, Asian Touring Car Championship and Japanese Super Taikyu Endu-rance Series champion Fariqe Hairuman can't wait to get back on the track for the Malaysian Championship Series.

The 32-year-old with the Proton R3 Motorsports team said he was excited to be in his first support race at the 2015 Formula 1 Petronas Malaysia Grand Prix at the Sepang International Circuit this weekend.
