KUALA LUMPUR: Owners of private sewerage systems in Sungai Semenyih and Bukit Tampoi Water Treatment Plant catchment areas face legal action if they fail to maintain their facilities.
National Water Services Commission (SPAN) chairman Datuk Ismail Kasim said the two plants were polluted with high levels of ammonia and manganese and had to reduce water production.
