PUTRAJAYA: Climate changes and the global warming phenomena can no longer be viewed lightly as they have caused massive damage and loss of lives, says Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
The Prime Minister said rainfall patterns had changed and Malaysia endured an extreme drought that resulted in a water crisis in several states early and in the middle of last year.
