TUMPAT: Shah Alam MP Khalid Samad has come out in defence of the two PAS assemblymen criticised by party president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang for supporting PKR during the recent Selangor mentri besar crisis.
Khalid said Saari Sungip (Hulu Klang) and Hasnul Baharudin (Morib) had backed PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail as the replacement for Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim to show the former mentri besar did not enjoy the majority support of Selangor legislators.
