SHAH ALAM: A direct selling company and its director have been charged in the Sessions Court here over breaches in its licence conditions, which included selling unapproved goods and not informing the authorities of a change in address.
The director, Tan Hong Lim, 24, claimed trial to the two charges brought against CDTUP International Sdn Bhd and another two charges against him.
