ALOR SETAR: You can make big bucks in the city or serve the people in your home town for less financial returns, but a greater sense of fulfilment.

After six years in several government hospitals, Dr S. Sockalingam, now 70, chose the latter, returning to his home town in Kedah to serve his local community.
