PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has thrown out all appeals and applications before it in the custody case of kindergarten teacher M. Indira Gandhi against her Muslim convert ex-husband.
The panel of judges led by Justice Balia Yusof Wahi ruled that those appeals could not be heard by the court until contempt proceedings involving Indira’s ex-husband Mohamad Riduan Abdullah were “purged’’ at the High Court level.
