PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal here has allowed the Attorney-General's Chambers to act as an intervener in the custody battle of a clerk and her Muslim convert ex-husband.
Panel chairman Justice Balia Yusof Wahi allowed the AGC's application, and included the Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail and Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar into the appeal.
