KLANG: Voluntary organisations are welcome in the country for their good efforts but they must act within the scope of the law, says MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
“They should restrain themselves and make sure they follow and abide by the law,” Liow said, adding that the Penang Voluntary Patrol (PPS) issue was a very sensitive matter.
