Jalur Gemilang to be flown half-mast on Friday

KUALA LUMPUR: The Jalur Gemilang will be flown at half-mast throughout the country on the Day of National Mourning on Friday, said the Prime Minister’s Department in a statement issued on Monday.

The Day of National Mourning was declared by Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin in conjunction with the arrival of the remains of victims in the MH17 tragedy aimed at expressing sadness of the Malaysian people over the tragedy.
