GEORGE TOWN: It is not possible to complete the draft of the National Harmony bill this year as many matters have to be scrutinised and studied before it can be tabled in Parliament.
Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Nancy Shukri said it was difficult to set the time frame for the completion of the draft of the National Harmony Bill.
