KULAIJAYA: Police are checking missing persons and kidnap reports in their investigation over a body found chopped up and packed in plastic bags on the North-South Expressway here.
District OCPD Supt Ruslan Khalid said there were no identification documents on the victim, who was believed to have been murdered three days earlier.
