ALOR SETAR: A man, who was filling up his modified van with subsidised diesel, fled upon seeing a group of enforcement officers surrounding his vehicle.
He escaped, leaving the diesel pump nozzle still stuck in the fuel tank at a petrol station in Jalan Gunung Keriang, near here.
