KOTA KINABALU: Upko acting president Datuk Wilfred Tangau said the appointment of MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai and Gerakan president Datuk Mah Siew Kiong as Cabinet ministers would strengthen the Barisan Nasional.
He said that he knew both of them personally, adding that they were capable leaders who would be able to provide good service to the Government and Barisan.
