KUALA LUMPUR: Blogger Papagomo wants to settle the RM850,000 judgment sum he has to pay after losing a defamation suit in instalments – and over a period of 708 years.

Papagomo, whose real name is Wan Muhammad Azri Wan Deris, said he wanted to apply to pay RM100 per month to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim in order to settle the award. At that rate, it would take 8,500 months – more than 708 years – to pay up.
