KUALA LUMPUR: A warrant of arrest has been issued against controversial sex blogger Alvin Tan Jye Yee, who failed to surrender his passport.
Sessions Court judge Abdul Rashid Daud made the order after allowing DPP Haffiza Jemali’s application yesterday.
