TELUK INTAN: Some 202ha of Koperasi Pegawai-Pegawai Melayu Malaysia Bhd (MOCCIS) land will be developed for 5,000 units of affordable homes under the 1Malaysia People’s Housing Scheme (PR1MA) in Teluk Intan, said Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
An initial 1,000 homes are targeted for completion in the next three to four years, the Prime Minister said, after launching the scheme at Dataran Menara Condong, Saturday.
