Cop: Man in CCTV footage is the accused


KUALA LUMPUR: A closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage revealed that a man followed Arab-Malaysian Development Bank founder Hussain Ahmad Najadi and his wife Cheong Mei Kuen in a car park at Lorong Ceylon on July 29 last year, the High Court here was told.

Asst Supt Tay Chew Thwa, 38, said yesterday he was certain that the man in the footage was the accused, Koong Swee Kwan.
