Dr M: Johor MB may not be able to abide by amendments

PETALING JAYA: Former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has expressed concern that Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin may not be able to abide by the amendments to the Johor Real Property and Housing Board Bill, according to a report.

“This is Malay custom. If the Sultan says something, it must be followed. I am worried that it will not be the MB advising the Sultan, but the Sultan advising him,” he was quoted as saying in an online portal yesterday.
