PETALING JAYA: Rajthevan Rajamanikam, a 41-year-old former Emergency Ordinance detainee suspected of having shot dead a man at a Kuang temple last Saturday, is believed to have fled from Selangor.
“We believe that he has already left the Klang Valley to avoid arrest,” Sungai Buloh OCPD Supt Junaidi Bujang said, urging those with information on his whereabouts to contact the police.
