PUTRAJAYA: Lawyer Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah has contended that a High Court judge had erred in finding him liable for publicising himself in his professional capacity. He said High Court judge Justice Zaleha Yusof did not specify the misconduct against him.
This was among the 14 grounds stated by him in his appeal against Justice Zaleha’s ruling in dismissing his application to set aside a decision by the Advocates and Solicitors Disciplinary Board which fined him for misconduct in 2012.
