PETALING JAYA: An upgrade project to add a fourth lane to 63.3km of the North-South Expressway is 62% complete, with completion expected by the end of the year.
According to PLUS Malaysia Bhd senior general manager for special projects and planning Suhaina Baharudin, the project was at its second phase, and lane closures would be carried out daily to complete the project on time.
