Inquiry a ploy to sack me, says ex-TM sales director


KUALA LUMPUR: A former sales director of Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) is claiming that a domestic inquiry held by the company into his alleged abuse of power was a conspiracy to sack him.

Mohamed Puhad Mohamed Liza is seeking a High Court order to declare that the domestic inquiry on Jan 28 into allegations that he had abused his power to obtain payments from a TM partner, was invalid, defective and unlawful.
