BUTTERWORTH: Ten express buses with lone drivers were stopped from leaving the Penang Sentral bus terminal here and the Sungai Nibong terminal on the island during a seven-day crackdown that started on April 22.
Two express buses, also without second drivers, were prevented from leaving rest and recreation (R&R) stops along the North-South Expressway.
